Our Story

Arizona Retail Advisors, LLC (ARA) is a Scottsdale-based real estate brokerage and consulting company whose goal is to provide market leading leasing and investment expertise to its clients. Comprised of some of the top brokers in the retail market, ARA was founded in April 2008 as a unique boutique firm that prides itself on being able to offer its client base full service options. “The individual track records of the partners and brokers are outstanding. We have joined forces to provide an outstanding combination of leasing and investment services which maximizes value for our clients,” explains Brian Gast, a principal and a co-founder of the company.


At the top of their previous companies, the partners came together to combine and leverage their strengths to provide superior service to their clients.  “Because we are well established brokers creating a new company, I think we can have more of an impact right from the start,” explains Tony Sekulovski, a principal and a co-founder of the company.
